| Descrizione: | El Tour de Tucson is a premier cycling event in Arizona that attracts nearly 10,000 cyclists annually. It promotes charity, community engagement, and health and wellness. Participants can choose from various distances, including 102 Mile, Metric Century/62 Mile, and Half Metric Century/32 Mile races, as well as a Family Fun Ride and a 5K Run/Walk. The event supports numerous local and international charitable organizations.
A popular cycling route covering 62 miles (100 km) starting and finishing in Downtown Tucson. This scenic ride offers a substantial challenge for cyclists amidst the beautiful desert landscape. The longer routes will engage new parts of the majestic Sonoran desert including Davis Monthan Air Force Base, the mountainous and saguaro lined vistas of Old Spanish Trail & historic Colossal Cave. The route will also pass through the communities of Corona de Tucson, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley. |
